If you live locally and would like to pay with cash or check when you pick up your order. Please email/text/message me to make arrangements.
U.S. Orders:
All orders are shipped using U.S.P.S. Mail, UPS or FEDEX Ground based on your choice when you checkout.
International Orders:
All orders will be shipped U.S.P.S. International Priority Mail and 1-3 weeks for delivery. It can take longer during peak times or because it is held up at customs. All items will have tracking or delivery confirmation. They are insured up to $100 U.S.D. If additional insure is needed please contact us. Sometimes when an over-sized item is purchased or when your box is over 20 pounds, we may require an additional shipping cost. We will contact you to let you know.
Customs:
We cannot control if your package gets delayed and/or charged duties & taxes by the customs office in any international country. All customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We are not liable for any exchange rate changes.

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We have a 14-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions for your return process. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for any shipping charges. Refunds on orders and shipping charges on "refused" or "abandoned" packages, will be determined on individual basis. Sale, clearance, scraps, or end-of-bolt items may not be returned. Patterns, software and books may not be returned due to copyright laws. All returns must be in original condition and they must not have a smoke, odor or pet hair on them. I have a smoke, order and pet free shop. Returns that do not meet these stipulations will not be refunded.

U.S. Orders:

- U.S.P.S. Priority Mail delivers in 1-3 business days but is not guaranteed. Priority mail comes with $100 insured value. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please add "Purchase U.S.P.S. Insurance" to your cart. Otherwise when a package is lost and a claim is placed, I will only be able to refund up to $100.
- Orders shipped U.S.P.S. First Class Mail delivers anywhere from 1-5 business days. This option does not come with insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please add "Purchase U.S.P.S. Insurance" to your cart .
- UPS & FEDEX Ground will take 1-5 business days depending on how close you live to Florida. UPS & FEDEX comes with $500 insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please add "Purchase UPS & FEDEX Insurance" to your cart.
- Orders that are not in the lower 48 states may take longer.
- Please Make Sure you delivery address is current and correct. I am not responsible for nondelivery once I give USPS/FEDEX/UPS your package.

- You are placing a NON-refundable deposit on this item.
- The deposit you pay will be applied towards the price of this item. I will invoice you for the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.
- You will pay for your shipping when you place your pre-order.
- In each listing that is up for pre-order, there will be an ESTIMATED delivery month and year to me.
- If you fail to pay your remaining balance within 2 weeks of receiving your remaining balance invoice, your items will go back up for sale and your deposit will be forfeited.
- When you check out, you are agreeing to these stipulations and terms.
- Please DO NOT combine in-stock items with your pre-order items, or your order will be cancelled.
Orders:
- Orders will ship within 2-3 business days. During peak times it may take an additional time. Remember that if you order 20 yards it will take longer to ship verses a pre-cut or pattern.
- If you need your pretty fabric quickly, please added "Rush My Order" to your cart & it will ship within 24 hours during regular business days. Does not include weekends or holidays.
- I make drops at the U.S.P.S. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & sometimes on Wednesday & Saturday. NO drops on Sunday or holidays.
- Saturday and Sunday are for my family. If time and activities permit, I will answer questions and process orders. Otherwise, emails will be answered and orders will be process during week days.
